I have a special interest in working with new parents and their little ones, helping them navigate stress, adjustment, and connection during early parenthood. I also enjoy working with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop practical tools for managing conflict and change.
My therapeutic approach integrates Adlerian Therapy, the Gottman Method, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Parent Coaching, Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT), and perinatal wellness.
