Taking the step to pursue therapy on your healing journey can be overwhelming, confusing, and even scary at times. Whether you are a newcomer to therapy or are continuing on your journey, our work together is led by your values and what is important to you. We stay curious and collaborate to find out how to make changes that feel right for you. In our time together, I hope to create a space that is safe, trusting, and validating to your experiences.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, religious trauma, OCD, and Bipolar Disorder. I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), family systems, and somatic-based interventions.
I provide trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, and social justice informed care. I work with individuals, couples, and families from ages 12+. Thank you for considering me to be a part of your journey! I look forward to our work together.
