I have a passion for working with individuals, adults, and families who are navigating everything from anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and family dynamics. My main tools and focus is CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), solution focus, existential and person-centered therapy techniques.
I enjoy incorporating clinical tools with real life situations to make the work seem practically and achievable.
