Hi there! Welcome to my practice. My name is Ashley Ikeda and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 120013). I have worked with clients of all ages who have experienced/are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, life adjustments, self/harm, and acute or chronic trauma. I practice from a client-centered and integrative approach and utilize both evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing practices depending on what a client needs.
I have worked with clients of all ages: Children (5-18), adults (18+), couples, and families. Due to the limitations of telehealth services, I am willing to meet with children and teens if telehealth services are determined to be appropriate and effective.
Most of my training and experience has been centered around working with adults who have struggled with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, relationship issues, and stress management.
