Hi, I'm Ashley! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who work with individuals: Youth 12+, Young Adults and Adults. I focus on navigating life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, or additional stressors surrounding large family dynamics and conflicts. I also support transracial adoptees and people looking for support in foster and adoption trauma, identity, self-worth, and the many added layers of adoption. As a transracial adoptee from South Korea, I bring a culturally affirming and intersectional lens to every session, using structural, experiential, and narrative modalities. I can offer a voice and guide you through anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. I have worked in various settings since 2011, I know personally the realities and challenges.
It takes courage to reach out and may feel scary, but I promise that you have the answers within yourself and my role is to help you unveil it–layer by layer–so that you can bring your best self forward.
