I treat the military community, first responders, trauma, addiction, and other stressors that are holding you back from feeling like you are getting the most out of life. People who enjoy working with me are those looking to dig deep, talk about hard topics, be lovingly challenged from time to time, who want to live their lives with emotional freedom, and do all of this in a nonjudgmental space. My patients know that I am not interested in telling you what to do, judging, or coaching you how to live your life.
I do not do canned responses and bandaid therapy. I treat people like they require well-thought-out and complex help. As I get to know my patients on their deepest levels, I see how complex they are as well. You are a unique person with unique needs. Your treatment should always be unique, too!
I practice therapy from the belief that all human behavior, healthy or unhealthy, is a way to have our emotional needs met. No matter what you bring to the therapy room, you can leave sessions confident that it is ALWAYS you and I against the problem. I am in your corner!
