I help adult men and women in Oklahoma City navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions through depth-oriented therapy that goes beyond surface-level insight. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, whether in relationships, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense that something isn’t fully resolving.

My work is depth-oriented and experiential, meaning we go beyond surface-level insight into the underlying emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns shaping your experience. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, somatic awareness (connection to the body) and relational therapy to support meaningful and sustainable transformation.
