My ideal clients are individuals who are navigating emotional and behavioral challenges and are ready for support that feels genuine, safe, and empowering. Many of the people I work with are dealing with OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or family-related stressors. Some may be involved in systems like schools or community services and need additional advocacy and guidance to feel stable and successful.
My approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are. To create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves. Using a blend of person-centered, CBT, and reality-based strategies.
What I offer is therapy that’s real, collaborative, and tailored to you. I’m trauma-informed and focus heavily on emotional regulation, coping skill development, and building insight. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is an evidence-based approach for treating OCD.
I help people make sense of what they’re feeling—and then actually do something about it. Reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable, even scary—but it can also be the first step toward feeling more like yourself again.
