Social Anxiety Group for Teens
Teen Group Therapy Series focuses on navigating friendships while managing social anxiety. Led by our experienced therapists, teens will explore a range of essential topics aimed at understanding social anxiety and its impact on friendships. From mastering positive self-talk and effective coping skills to embracing mindfulness and relaxation techniques, each session will equip teens with practical tools to navigate social situations with confidence and ease. Saturdays. 8 week commitment. $45 per group session ($360 for 8 weeks).
