I am a licensed independent social worker, with supervision and specialization in the field of body psychotherapy and perinatal mental health. I work with clients using body-oriented talk therapy with an emphasis on compassion, mindfulness, and attachment while integrating other evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT.
My approach is gentle, subtle, and playful. In our work together, you can expect to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner strength, allowing you to feel more secure and confident in navigating life’s complexities.
