I have served clients dealing with stressors and problems with the legal and child welfare system, dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Grief, Parenting conflict, family conflict, Anger Management, DV for Victims and Perps, and Substance Abuse. I enjoy each population differently and my ultimate goal is to just help guide others to their true authentic self, free from their problems, and help heal those I cross paths with. My observation has been that we are all here just trying to do our best with what we have and we are capable to get to the desired life we want if we just take that step towards change.
I help clients by coming from a non judgmental, supportive and empathetic, and relatable down to earth approach. I like to meet my clients where they are at and allow them to help me guide them by providing a space they feel comfortable to open up and be themselves in.
I am a people person and I am personable and relatable to my clients. Being myself, real and authentic helps my clients see that I am a human too and not just a professional who is working off of textbook only. I am culturally diverse and am open to all different stories and walks of life.
