I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, new moms, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and rediscover their joy.
I integrate traditional therapeutic modalities with holistic and spiritual practices — blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, chakra balancing, meditation, sound therapy, and intuitive guidance. I am certified in supporting perinatal and postpartum individuals as well as miscarriage and pregnancy loss.
