My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered. You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit from art therapy. The creative process can offer a powerful way to explore emotions, manage stress, and reconnect with yourself, especially when words are hard to find.
Additionally, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients, including adults with ADHD and Level 1 Autism, particularly those who are high-masking or diagnosed later in life. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I strive to create a space where all ways of thinking, feeling, and processing are respected and supported
