I offer a warm, relational, and person centered approach to people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal mood disorders (postpartum), trauma/ptsd, family concerns, and other mental and emotional health concerns. I have worked across the lifespan throughout my career - but currently see a lot of young to middle aged adults. I am currently providing telehealth throughout the state of Michigan and Indiana.

I pull from a variety of styles of therapy in order to create the best atmosphere for you - as this may not look the same for every client. I am very relational and person centered and use these aspects of myself in the work I do every day.

I am honored when I get to come alongside my clients to work towards their goals. I recognize how hard it can be to reach out but encourage you to do so if you're feeling the nudge!
