Many of my clients come to me looking to improve their overall wellbeing - decrease anxiety, improve relationships, assist in adjusting to a new life season, OCD, perinatal concerns, working through challenges that have been presented in their life at some point - trauma, family of origin issues, or other unaddressed concerns. I see a little bit of everyone, but tend to work with a lot of college students, parents, educators, those experiencing infertility, and emerging adults through middle adulthood. Many of my clients are looking for longer term work which I really enjoy!
I also offer supervision services to fellow therapists.
I offer a warm and relational approach for people struggling with anxiety, life transitions, OCD, perinatal mood disorders, trauma, family and relationship issues, and other mental/emotional health concerns. I offer supervision services to fellow therapists. I provide therapy in office, via walk talk, or by telehealth depending on clients’ needs and wants.
