You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or constantly overthinking. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, burnout, panic, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress. I have specialized training in working with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autistic adults, and I support clients struggling with masking, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, communication difficulties, and executive functioning challenges. I provide telehealth therapy for clients across SC and GA.

Using neurodiversity affirming, evidence based approaches, I tailor therapy using solution focused, DBT, and play approaches (when appropriate), to help with anxiety, emotional regulation, communication, self-advocacy, and transitions, always adapting sessions to each person’s unique strengths and needs.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own, and you don’t have to change who you are to get support. Therapy can be a space where you’re understood, accepted, and supported at your pace.
