I have extensive experience working in individual, couples, family, outpatient, and inpatient settings. As a person in long-term recovery and a sur-thriver through adverse life experiences, my heart and passion are in helping individuals and families learn and overcome their uncomfortable experiences, reclaim their power, and live a fulfilled, joyful life.
I utilize multiple modalities based upon the client’s strengths, including, but not limited to: CBT, DBT, expressive therapies, existential therapy, exposure therapy, recovery coaching, psychoeducation, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based therapy, narrative therapy, Gottman strategies, & harm reduction.
My purpose in my career is to guide my clients to a more joyful, validated, and empowered life. I specialize in treating addictive behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, codependency, and relational struggles.
