Do you find yourself struggling with managing anxiety or finding peace within yourself? Or wishing you could communicate in a healthier way or achieve greater intimacy with your partner? I support couples and individuals by encouraging and modeling more collaborative, authentic and empathic relationships. I believe with the help of some humor, a judgement-free therapeutic space encourages an individual's introspection, self-compassion and growth. Every person has unique strengths and insight that can lead them towards a life enriched by deep and well balanced relationships with themselves and others.
I received my first Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2015 and my second Masters in Behavior Analysis in 2017. I am currently working towards certification as a Sex Therapist. My clinical foundation draws from my experiences in both fields and current training resulting in the use of person-centered and evidence based approaches.
Part of my personal and professional growth is based around continuously seeking additional education, supervision and insight that I can use in my work with clients. I look forward to hearing from you!
