I am a therapist at Riverstone Counseling Center, PLLC. Our practice is dedicated to bringing renewal, restoration, and transformation to individuals, couples, and families. We all know life can be hard, and sometimes we need help navigating the ebb and flow of life's changes. Our hope is to come alongside our clients and assist them with life-changing options. Many times folks go to a counselor, talk about their issues, and make no real progress. There is definitely value in voicing problems, and healing takes time. But along the way, you should be experiencing - and celebrating - small successes.
Personally, I am passionate about helping people while utilizing a holistic approach to care for the mind, body, and spirit. Whatever issues bring you into counseling, my priority is to provide a safe space for you. Together, we will identify counteractive patterns while utilizing your strengths and resources to produce the change you desire.
As a former high school dance educator, I have a passion for athletes and adolescents! I have experience working with adolescents and adults in areas such as anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, perfectionism, relational issues, and life transitions. I am trained in Sand Tray and ETT.
