Hi, I'm Ashley! I help women tap into their resilience, restore hope, and transform their lives with authenticity, compassion, and a passion for seeing women thrive. I like to consider myself THE therapist for women. My mission is to help individuals navigate life’s difficulties to become the best possible versions of themselves. Both my clinical and personal experiences have taught me that, though we cannot control everything, we can control our behaviors, perspectives, beliefs, actions, and HEALING. I plan to equip you with the tools needed to promote your overall well-being and facilitate lasting positive change.
In our first session together, we will do brief introductions and complete the full intake. The intake includes questions about why you are looking to start therapy and background information about you. There will also be time for you to ask questions and get to know a little more about me.
I am highly skilled in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and helping clients navigate life transitions and challenges. I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), infertility, and EMDR Therapy.
