I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings from high-risk crisis situations, to inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation centers, to outpatient mental health therapeutic centers.
I like to incorporate coping strategies and interventions that involve my client's favorite hobbies or interests (such as art, music, mental & physical exercises) to uniquely craft the therapeutic process & best support understanding, compassion, self-care, and healing.
I understand the difficult process and strength it takes to begin therapy, and I welcome all who desire relief, change and growth. My goal is to make the healing process as supportive, gratifying, challenging, and fun as possible.
