I work with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds facing various kinds of transitions. Each new phase of life may bring changes that cause us to adapt and grow in somewhat unpredictable ways. Sometimes hurts from our past arise and get in our way. Whatever you're facing, my goal is to work with you to find unique strengths and creative solutions that allow you to thrive in the midst of change. I provide therapy virtually, so I can see anyone in California via telehealth. And I also see clients in person in Pacifica and San Francisco.
Weekday and weekend appointments are available. If you are about to have a baby, just had a baby or struggle finding childcare and can't make it to my office, I offer in home OR hospital sessions. I offer a free phone consultation for you to get to know me better.

Mama's circle is a safe, unconditionally loving space to share and connect with other mamas. You will be able to process your emergence of becoming a mother in the world around you, gain a clearer picture of how you want to parent, and connect to the experience of your body in labor, birth, and postpartum. We will talk about joys and challenges of motherhood, your changing and evolving body, relationships after baby, what we want to bring forward and leave behind from our own experiences being mothered, and how to create a tribe of support.
