I have 20 years of experience in this field and am continually inspired by how talk therapy can bring peace and clarity into day to day life. Whatever you're facing, my goal is to work with you to find unique strengths and creative solutions that allow you to thrive in the midst of it all. I provide therapy virtually, so I can see anyone in California via telehealth. And I also see clients in person in Pacifica and San Francisco.
I approach the therapeutic relationship with an abundance of empathy and compassion. I bring joy, laughter and realness into my work. I have a specialization in maternal mental health, the perinatal/postpartum period, birth story medicine and nature therapy. I also specialize in treating couples.
Weekday and weekend appointments are available. If you are about to have a baby, just had a baby or struggle finding childcare and can't make it to my office, I offer in home OR hospital sessions. I also offer walk and talk sessions where we take the therapy session into nature. I offer a free phone consultation for you to get to know me better.

Mama's circle is a safe, unconditionally loving space to share and connect with other mamas. You will be able to process your emergence of becoming a mother in the world around you, gain a clearer picture of how you want to parent, and connect to the experience of your body in labor, birth, and postpartum. We will talk about joys and challenges of motherhood, your changing and evolving body, relationships after baby, what we want to bring forward and leave behind from our own experiences being mothered, and how to create a tribe of support.
