I'm a Holistic Trauma Therapist that provides individual and group therapy sessions for adults healing from various types of trauma. Our holistic approach helps clients with exploring and getting to the core roots of their issues and deep trauma wounds, while also learning effective new tools to help themselves heal, grow, and upgrade from their past pains and patterns. Our practice specializes in complex trauma recovery using a variety of evidence based therapeutic tools, and also providing a safe and supportive community where clients can find authentic connections with fellow local Survivors on their healing journeys.
