Our Individual Holistic Trauma Therapy sessions use integrative approaches to help clients process their traumatic experiences in healthy, safe ways; helping to find balance & inner peace at deeper levels. Our Group Trauma Therapy sessions are designed to hold space, support & help clients process & connect with peers who have experienced similar traumatic events.
