I will help you sort through the anxiety, fear, and anger so that you can break free from the confines of your restrictive religious experience and its lingering effects.

I understand what you are going through because I've been through it. We'll work together to explore unhelpful beliefs, fearful thoughts, and lack of direction you may feel while taking space away from restrictive religion. I'll help you clarify what you want for your life that you may have never felt permission to imagine or pursue. No topic is off limits.
