I tend to work best with individuals who are ready for something deeper than surface-level change. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite break, overwhelmed by past experiences, or disconnected from themselves and unsure of what’s next. They’re often navigating trauma, attachment wounds, identity shifts, or major life transitions, and they’re wanting to understand themselves in a more meaningful way. What brings them here is usually a mix of exhaustion and readiness. They’re tired of repeating the same cycles, but they’re also open to looking inward and doing the work it takes to create real change.

I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected begin to understand themselves and create lasting change. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, spiritual or religious trauma, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns, process emotions, and build insight, resilience, and a more grounded connection to yourself.
