I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen to what our lives are asking of us. I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and questions of identity or self-worth, often people who are high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, or neurodivergent and want more than symptom management; they want to live with greater authenticity, clarity, and ease. My approach is mindfulness-based, collaborative, and empowering. Together, we focus on building awareness and strengthening self-compassion.
Whether it’s building deeper connections, grounding in nature, or finding balance during life’s challenges, I’ll help you develop practical tools to live more fully and authentically. My approach combines mindfulness-based strategies with a focus on empowerment and intentional living, giving you the support you need to thrive during times of uncertainty.
Building strong, meaningful relationships is at the heart of a therapist's work. I prioritize an affirming, open-minded approach. I'm accepting new clients. If you’re ready to take the next step, I am ready. Let’s talk about how I can support you in building the life you deserve. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and start your journey.

I am an avid runner and nature-lover. Two years ago, I became certified in Shinrin Yoku aka Forest Therapy. I believe turning to nature for guidance is the ultimate act of self-love and healing. Learning to lean into the natural resources can led to profound expansion of mind, body, and spirit.

I love working with adults during life's most significant transitions, such as career changes, new parenthood roles, relationship changes, aging parents, and divorces. I help others who may feel stuck in stress, self-doubt, or disconnection patterns and seek tools to cultivate resilience and joy.

For those who would like to take a more active approach to psychotherapy, I offer Walk and Talk therapy sessions. Walking in nature allows us to feel more at ease and better able to open up to share. Movement promotes stress reduction and well-being. After setting up an initial telehealth assessment, we can choose a convenient location, usually a state park or towpath trail that works best.
