My name is Ashley Hackett and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the field. My focus is to provide the necessary tools in learning how to heal from past traumas or difficult situations. I am here to help you be the best version of yourself that you inspire to be. I work with adults, teens, and couples. I mostly treat clients with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, difficulty in communicating, and relationship problems. I often utilize dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and person-centered, narrative therapy to help my clients achieve their life goals.
I provide an environment that is non-judgmental, fostering unconditional acceptance, and building resilience. love to motivate and encourage and provide tools that will help my clients to flourish and be their best authentic self. I like for my clients to be involved in the goal setting of their treatment.
