After being a Mental Health Provider (MHP) in St. Tammany Parish Public Schools from 2011 to 2025, I made the decision to leave the school system and to expand my private practice services to a full-time basis. While working in the school setting, I often realized that there is a lacking for certain referral areas of expertise that would be so helpful to our community. Because of that, I decided to be the referral that I wanted to give others, especially when it comes to: ADHD treatment w/ strategy formation and executive functioning skill building; socio-emotional management of type 1 diabetes; parent training of behavior functions
I see all populations for anxiety, depression, grief, and family/life transitions.
I provide individual counseling to kids (as young as 4 years old), teens, and adults.
I provide couples counseling, premarital counseling, and parent training/coaching.
I assist individuals (all ages), couples, and families unlock their fullest potential. Sometimes we get stuck in our relationships, patterns of behavior, dysfunctional mindsets, and grief, and we need support/strategies/skills to reach a healthier place.
