I have 25 years experience in the mental health profession. Relational conflict, behavioral issues, anxiety, grief, and depression are a few of the issues I specialize in (extensive list in specialties section). Openness, attending sessions, and a willingness to practice skills outside of sessions is all that's needed of you for a successful experience, you set the pace.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (addressing negative beliefs to change behavior) is a leading technique in working with many problems. I have received additional extensive training in CBT by a certified CBT specialist and trainer through Beck Institute, founders in CBT therapy. I am also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist
