From an early age, I knew I wanted to be a therapist growing up with an emotionally immature mother who struggled with addiction. And now I get to be a source of support for so many people as they navigate their own lives and work toward their goals! If you are ready to challenge your anxiety and critical self-talk, I'd love to work with you. If you want to better improve your brain-body-connection and nervous system regulation, I'd love to work with you. If you are in need of support as you navigate the oppressive systems in which we live under, I'd love to work with you.
I provide support to my clients who are ready for change and together we build upon their successes. I use EMDR, CBT, ERP, parts work, and mindfulness to help my clients develop healthy boundaries, regulate their nervous system, cultivate self-compassion and curiosity, and anything else they may need!
