Therapy can be one tool in navigating challenges, improving relationships and strengthening your self-awareness. I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space for clients to process their struggles and explore their potential. I have experience working with adolescents, college students and adults on issues of trauma, anxiety and depression. I enjoy empowering clients through transitional life phases such as adjusting to college, navigating relational or career changes and becoming parents.
I value a client-centered approach, tailoring evidence-based services to the unique needs of each client. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing). I am also certified in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and have a passion for supporting folks on their journey to parenthood.
