About
At some point, many of us find ourselves at important crossroads, facing life challenges on multiple fronts, be it major developmental transitions, moral distress, trauma, chronic stress, or health issues. Finding the right support can be overwhelming in our fragmented healthcare system. I'm dedicated to providing expert psychological care that considers the big picture, incorporating science, compassion, & collaboration with your treatment team. By integrating physical & mental health aspects in tandem, my clients are better equipped for life's demands & for more sustainable growth.
For 15 years, I've been committed to helping individuals & organizations face challenges head-on by building upon their innate strengths. I received specialty training at the National Center for PTSD & Mayo Clinic. My therapeutic approach starts w/ a detailed assessment, collaboratively developing your individualized treatment plan, and active interventions.
