I help individuals & couples make sense of overwhelm by identifying the problem, face it directly and practice new skills in session. We'll use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman and sex therapy to tackle the hard topics. I'll help you two connect emotionally in session by getting to the root causes & feelings. I also offer intensives for fast results.
