I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, feelings of low self-worth or just trying to help everyday life feel a little easier.
I recognize the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for positive change; my approach is client-centered, collaborative, and solution focused. We will work together to help alleviate discomfort and learn how to be better equipped for handling distressing situations in the future.
