I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in treating adults with various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment, which has included treating substance use disorders. I obtained my Bachelors degree at New Jersey City University and my Masters degree at William Paterson University of New Jersey.
I believe that a positive therapeutic rapport and collaboration with the client throughout treatment are most effective in reaching client goals. As rapport builds, I increasingly challenge client’s thinking and behavior, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) interventions.
