I intend to provide a nonjudgmental space for my clients to explore their strengths and how to use them to overcome obstacles. Together, we will work toward realizing their full potential and developing an appreciation for life. I approach this process by meeting clients where they are and gently guiding their journey by calling attention to the connections between beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
I am prepared to work with teenagers and adults. My areas of focus include autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, sexuality and gender affirming care, substance use, among others. As a counselor, I identify with the Person-Centered and CBT orientations. Meaning you can expect to feel in charge of your treatment while receiving the support you are looking for.
