I am passionate about working with people in the midst of life transitions, especially young adults. As we transition in life, our coping skills may become less effective and past traumas may assert a new influence in our lives. I specialize in helping individuals work through these transitions, however they may present, including coping with a range of symptoms related to things like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Drawing from my experience with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting concerns, I will work with you to formulate a plan that will help you live your best life. In order to do this, I offer individual counseling for people aged 16 and over.
If you would like a compassionate, supportive space to discuss what's going on in your life, I invite you reach out and allow me to help you start living your best life.
