Disenfranchised grief occurs when your loss is not openly supported, socially recognized, or publicly mourned. This group is designed for individuals 18+ to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for individuals experiencing grief that is often misunderstood or minimized - such as the loss of a pet, miscarriage, estrangement, death of an ex-partner, and other losses. Participants engage in a blend of discussions, experiential activities, and reflective exercises aimed at enhancing emotional awareness and regulation.
