I specialize in life transitions, marital issues, coming out as LGBTQ at any age, divorce, new parents/single parents, intergenerational trauma, remarriage & blended families, boundary development and building community. I understand the societal and familial pressures to do everything “right," as well as the complexities of not feeling fully “you.”
