I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. I work with individuals experiencing depression, people-pleasing patterns, difficulty regulating emotions, stress, trauma responses, low self-esteem, life transitions, and parenting or relationship challenges. The majority of my clients are women, practicing therapists, and young adults. I also provide clinical supervision and case consultation for therapists navigating complex OCD cases, as well as Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) pursuing LPC licensure.
My approach is holistic, relaxed, and goal-oriented. We will build you up and quiet the thoughts of self-doubt. I use psycho-education so you can learn why you feel the way you do, and I am trained in various therapeutic methods, including ICBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We will determine what works best for you.
I work collaboratively with clients to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
