I specialize in helping clients identify and explore their emotions and thoughts and how that can affect your daily life. This form of therapy is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
As your therapist, my goal is to provide you with all the tools necessary to assist you in focusing in the here and the now. In a world full of negativity and ongoing chaos, it can be hard to see things differently. I believe that change happens when the narrative is restructured with positive thinking and encouragement.
