I specialize in working with complex trauma, PTSD, attachment trauma, and couples counseling. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including AEDP, EMDR, Somatic therapies, and parts work. I also have advanced training and experience working with members of the first responder community and enjoy working with that population.
