Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and build meaningful, lasting change. I am committed to providing an affirming and compassionate environment for people from diverse backgrounds. Your identity is respected, valued, and supported, wherever you are in your journey.

I offer person centered counseling which allows for you and I to formulate a plan to help you in the way that is best for you. Sometimes that is talking, sometimes it is playing or doing art, and sometimes is it a structured program like TF-CBT or PSB curriculum that we are working with.
