I'm running a group focused on the intersection of yoga philosophy and psychoeducation. I will be utilizing tangible tools for introspection, interrelatedness, emotion regulation, and ways to move past blocks that can keep us stuck sometimes. There will be the lesson of the week with a yoga class/movement and exercises associated. There will also be journaling opportunities and a sharing circle.
