I enjoy working with client's who have traumatic backgrounds and through the use of trauma-focused interventions we are able to begin processing and working through these past events in your life.
My approach blends Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and relational therapy to help clients understand not only what happened to them, but how those experiences continue to affect their emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
I believe in working to see each client’s struggles and concerns through the
client’s eyes, gaining insight into the client’s internal and external world to
