I have a passion for working with teen girls (13+) and women meet life's various challenges. My work combines a variety of techniques (DBT, CBT, ecotherapy,) with an assortment of traditional approaches. I guide my clients on a path to self-awareness and mindfulness in order to elicit the desired life changes. I’m honest, empathetic, non-judgemental and I’m here to support you! I would love the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey.
My theoretical experience includes a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), hypnotherapy and ecotherapy (outdoor/walk and talk). A modality I have found profoundly helpful. Being outdoors is fun, but even more importantly, it’s good for our mind, body, and soul.
Reaching out for help or guidance isn't always easy, but I am here to help ease the process. Trust and safety are of the utmost importance. I look forward to learning about my clients and working together in setting treatment goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
