For OCD, that means Exposure and Response Prevention; working through fears step by step at a pace that honors where you are. For trauma, I integrate body-based approaches like dance/movement therapy and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
I especially welcome helping professionals; therapists, doctors, nurses, and others in caregiving roles, who are experiencing burnout or the secondary impacts of working in intense settings.
