Hey! I’m a licensed clinical social worker experienced in working with adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. I am devoted to developing a secure relationship with my clients in an open, personalized, collaborative space. I assist clients with working toward their goals while promoting positive and healthy thought processes and behaviors. My primary goal is to ensure your comfort and access to quality care. My therapeutic style is a combination of warmth and empathy with a sprinkle of sass, vivacity, and humor. My approach to therapy is collaborative; we work together as partners to gain an understanding of your biggest challenges in a nonjudgmental space. I believe an individual heals most effectively when treated as a whole person and not as their diagnosis.
On my non-session days you’ll find me with my family on some kind of adventure. I’m an avid animal lover and will gush over your pets so please show me pics! I enjoy the sunshine and warmer days but am also totally a sucker for the fall esthetics. Most importantly, I’m a real person just like you and pride myself in showing up in our sessions just as that.
