Ashley F Oser, LICSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Cambridge
There is no "perfect" approach to making change, addressing life challenges, or reducing symptoms. My approach is intentionally eclectic and integrative, allowing for your unique strengths and struggles to guide our work. At the heart of my practice, is a strong appreciation for the importance of developing a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will listen without judgment, offer feedback based on my knowledge and observations, and together, help formulate attainable goals for our work.
With over 15 years working with children, adolescents, families, and adults, I continue to be grateful for the space each client allows me in their life. I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression, trauma, stress reduction/management, balancing life roles, domestic violence (child and adult), educational underachievement and ADHD.
Choosing a therapist that feels like a good match is an extremely important and personal decision. Please feel free to email or call (email is the quickest way to reach me) with any questions, or to request additional information. I appreciate your interest, and look forward to hearing from you.
